Connecting medical expertise with digital technology

ProMDA – Medical Data Analysis is building an integrated digital environment for connecting, organizing, and presenting health information. Through technological integrations and APIs, the platform enables the consolidation of data from compatible medical devices, specialized software, and other digital health solutions.

At the core of ProMDA is the collaboration between medical specialists, technology companies, and partner organizations. Our goal is to create a reliable technological infrastructure for better connectivity and efficient management of health information. ProMDA does not automatically diagnose, does not determine treatment, and does not replace the professional judgment of a qualified medical specialist.

Medical concept and clinical expertise

Dr. Petko Prodanov is a cardiologist and the founder of ProMDA. He leads the medical concept and the development of the platform's clinical processes, connecting clinical expertise with technological development and partnerships with medical and technology organizations.

Technology platform

Sivokivi

ProMDA is developed in partnership with Sivokivi and its founder Svetoslav Velichkov. The team contributes experience in building and deploying large-scale digital solutions for international organizations, including in the healthcare sector.

Sivokivi is responsible for the technological architecture, the API integrations, and the development of a modular, scalable, and interoperable platform with a focus on data protection, cybersecurity, and long-term support.

Our vision

To build a connected and evolving digital health ecosystem that brings together patients, medical specialists, and technologies, and provides a unified environment for accessing, sharing, and managing health data.

We connect the systems. We structure the data. We make care easier.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is Holter ECG?
The Holter ECG monitors the heart's electrical activity (electrocardiogram) over 24 to 48 hours using a device typically attached to a belt and several electrodes placed at specific points on the chest.
What's different about ProHolter?
Modern technological advancements allow devices to be smaller, waterproof, and equipped with significantly longer-lasting batteries, enabling extended monitoring and greater comfort. We make them accessible to specialists, general practitioners, and patients. The device can be provided on-site or delivered via courier to clinics, healthcare facilities, or directly to patients' homes.
When is a prolonged Holter ECG more beneficial?
It is suitable for patients with symptoms that are rare or unpredictable (e.g., occurring once every few days or weeks). The goal is to detect rhythm issues, sometimes asymptomatic, that significantly increase the risk of stroke or heart failure. In patients with recurrent episodes of loss of consciousness, it is a tool to identify or rule out rhythm and conduction disorders. Long-term monitoring provides a more detailed picture of heart activity and the condition of patients with chronic heart diseases. For athletes, it is an excellent tool for monitoring training and recovery.
Can I apply the device myself?
The device application is easy. The package that the patient receives includes detailed instructions and information. If any issues arise during monitoring, the patient can contact us via email or phone.
Who analyzes the results?
Depending on the examination mode: Offline mode (Faros) — results are analyzed after the monitoring is completed. Online mode (Vivalink) — data is continuously sent to the telemedicine center. After monitoring completes, data is processed in an integrated cloud system and an analysis is prepared. A trained cardiologist reviews the analysis, verifies the accuracy of the results, and prepares a conclusion.
